Sara Signs with Barton

My sister, Sara, plays fast pitch softball. In fact, she is an exceptional pitcher, and this week she accepted a scholarship to play at Barton Community College in Kansas. We are all very proud of her and excited about her future with these coaches. At her signing party yesterday, Joshua found his true love...balloons :). A good picture was hard to get as he was moving so much, but the one below begins to capture the fun.

More from Texas soon...we have been busier than ever and have taken few pics. Today Sara graduates fron high school...a big week for her :).

20 Months

We have had quite a busy month. Joshua seems to have aged a year the past few weeks. I can tell that terrible twos are quickly approaching :). Anyway, here are some pics of some of his favorite things to do...

He LOVES to mow the lawn. He gets quite angry if anybody else even touches his beloved lawn mower.

Here is my head! He also knows where is nose, eyes, mouth, and ears are.

Screaming at Momma. This may be his absolute favorite thing to do ...hee hee. Seriously, I thought he looked so cute in this outfit, but he got pretty upset with me when I wanted a picture without the pacifier.

Thanks to his great-grandmother, Mi, he LOVES wind chimes. So much so, I had to put my chimes down so he could reach them.

Joshua got a newly painted room this week. I couldn't take the green any more...I hope the new blue has a calming influence :)

Joshua's Pen

Well after months of agonizing, planning, calling people, etc....Joshua's backyard pen is complete. IOW, I got a fence. It was finally finished this afternoon, just in time for Joshua to run around. I LOVE IT! More pics later this week, but I thought some would enjoy how he hints to Momma that he needs a pool in the backyard :)

I know, I know...how exciting...pictures of a fence :).
