First Pics from Texas

Our first days in Texas have been packed with tons of fun. I am exhausted and Joshua is getting used to all the new-again faces. Below are some pics from the park, the swing on the porch, and our trip to the zoo with cousins Branson, Macy, & Lane. Unfortunately I did not get any good pics of Branson...but Macy and Lane look awfully cute :).

8 Months! (and Mother's Day)

What a month! Joshua has two teeth coming in, is crawling, pulling himself up and expressing his many opinions. He carries his pacifier with him as if it was his security blanket, bonks his head at least 4 times a day, and eats solid food like a champ.

Why just crawl when one can try to stand???

Beach Time!

I took Joshua to the beach today (Sullivans Island). It was his first time in the ocean and he loved it! :)

We may have a narcissist on our hands :)

Joshua has liked to look at himself in the mirror for awhile now, but tonight he took it to a whole other level. As he sat there and seemed quite fascinated by the "baby" staring back at him, we said "give that baby sweet kisses" - the pictures below show what he did next :).






Other important news - Joshua is officially crawling and has a tooth coming in (finally) :). Life is changing fast around here.
